About The Backstory with Omobola Stephen

About me
and the show

My interest in Government/Politics  came to the fore right after my university education. I had always developed keen interest on why countries of the world seem to be facing alot of problems and yet, there seem to be no headway. There had been countless debates on faulty leadership, lack of proper structure/restructuring,  media issues, economic and social issues, foreign policy issues, and the likes. Yet,the problems doesn’t seem to be abating. Which way to go? What are we doing wrongly?

On the BACKSTORY WITH OMOBOLA STEPHEN, As a podcaster, I and my guests are on a mission to have disruptive conversations as we analyse government, policy and leadership, debates about development, international relations and the political economy of globalisation and global governance. To make comparative analysis of political systems operating in different countries around the globe; and critically assess the ideas and ideologies shaping contemporary visions of just societies.

It was a pleasure to be on Omobola’s show. She was a gracious host and asked pertinent questions at the right time to help me talk about my book. It is an international show and I think it is destined to be a popular one, if it isn’t already!
